Gift voucher

How does purchasing a Cineville gift voucher work?
Choose the desired gift duration (3, 6 or 9 months of Cineville) and pick the product that applies to the recipient:
  • Cineville for up to 29 years (€ 19 p/m)
  • Cineville for 30 years and older (€ 24 p/m)

Add the gift voucher to your shopping cart and complete the payment. After finishing your order, you will receive an email with your digital gift voucher and unique code.

You can share this email and/or code with the recipient, or you can download this PDF and print it on your prettiest piece of paper. Then add the number of months and the voucher code.

The person you are giving the voucher to can exchange it for a Cineville card and enjoy going to the movies for free for 3, 6 or 9 months. After this period, their membership will end automatically.

How does redeeming a gift voucher work?
The recipient uses the unique code from the gift voucher on mijn.cineville.nl/order to order their Cineville card. After filling in their information and selecting a start date, they complete the order and receive a temporary Cineville card via email. This temporary card can be used until the final card is delivered.

How long is a gift voucher valid?
A gift voucher remains valid for 2 years from the purchase date – found in the order confirmation email. Beyond this period, exchanging the gift voucher for a Cineville card is no longer possible. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.

    Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment.

      You will only receive the gift voucher in digital format. You can download this PDF and print it to obtain a physical copy. Then add the number of months and the voucher code.

       

      Return Policy and Refund

      I ordered the wrong gift voucher, what now?
      Don't worry! Send us an email at klantenservice@cineville.nl with your order details. We will cancel your order so you can purchase the correct gift voucher.

      Can i cancel my order?
      It is possible to cancel your order within 14 days, if the gift voucher has not yet been redeemed. Send us an email at klantenservice@cineville.nl with your order details, so we can cancel the order.
